The Madison store assistant was mean and horrible and hung up on me. I called this store Bobby the store manager was awesome! He gave me solutions and cared! Thank you so much Bobby, you are truly community leader and care about the community your store is in.

I love going here. My dog too, until she realizes it's bath time. I really wish they would fix the dryer. Only one works and that makes it challenging to get the fur off after the bath. Also I wish the staff would encourage their customers to clean up after they use the area. Its just gross to have to clean up after another pet. I would love for the staff to kinda manage the area a bit more. But I think I will try to get there earlier to avoid these problems. One suggestion is to perhaps use a number system so customers are not hopping line. Its kinda hard to tell if I am skipping the line, and I just hate being rude in that way. I DON'T WANT TO WAIT FOREVER But I also don't want to skip the line and make another person wait longer. One person literally held up the dryer space grooming such as clipping claws/nails or cutting fur with their own equipment. Not a problem if there were not others waiting. Just enforce being considerate of others.

Went to get a cage for dogs. Honestly the most helpful and knowledgable staff anywhere! Staff knew exactly where my item was located, retrieved it from shelves, and carried it to my car and put it in my car politely. Very pleasant atmosphere and very kind staff. This will be my ‘Go To’ store whenever possible! Highly recommend!

Tractor Supply Co. is one of my favorite places to shop for both needs and wants. They always have a great selection of practical items as well as fun, unexpected finds, which makes every visit worthwhile. The store is well organized and easy to navigate, and I can usually find exactly what I’m looking for without any hassle. The staff is also friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. It’s one of those places I genuinely enjoy going to, whether I’m running in for something specific or just browsing. I always leave with what I need—and often a few things I didn’t know I wanted.

I have been buying our dog food from here for years. I've always had decent experiences until a couple weeks ago. The lady working at checkout was more interested in taking the personal phone call she received on her cell phone about transferring some money to what I could only imagine was her son's account. I had to interrupt her just to get her to check me out. Can't remember her name, unfortunately.
